The Boostcamp by the Digital Hub Logistics & Commerce is an intensive workshop format in which hub partners submit real-world operational challenges and are then matched with startups offering potential solutions. For three consecutive years, I supported two teams per cohort throughout the entire workshop process—from problem discovery and validation to early pretotypes and final solution concepts. My role focused on providing expertise in user-centered design, product strategy, rapid prototyping, click dummies, and insights from digital product development.Von der Problemanalyse, über die ersten Pretotypes, bis hin zur finalen Lösung habe ich 3 Jahre in folge jeweils 2 Teams über die gesamte dauer der Workshops mit Ideen, Nutzerperspektiven, Click Dummies und Insights aus der digitalen Produktentwicklung versorgt.

The outcome was far more than a collection of innovative concepts. Participants gained valuable knowledge, forged meaningful professional relationships, and developed actionable solution strategies. By the end of each program, corporate partners walked away with comprehensive pitch decks capable of securing executive buy-in and implementation budgets, while startups gained access to high-profile reference customers and new commercial growth opportunities.Dabei sind großartige Ergebnisse, neues Wissen und auch die ein oder andere Freundschaft entstanden. Am Ende hatten alle Partner ein vollumfängliches Pitch Deck in der Hand, um die Vorstände von Ihrer Idee zur Umsetzung zu überzeugen und die StatUps eine weitere namenhafte Referenz, sowie wirtschaftliche Zukunftsperspektive.
